At present "Horizon" is about a
35 minute drive from Vila
on reasonably good gravel road, but with the US Millennium
Funds, this will be sealed within 2 years starting July
2008. This is one very
good reason to invest here now.
Lots vary in size from an acre and a quarter (5,000 sq
metres) to almost 2 acres (7,800 sq metres) with 30 to 50
metre water frontages.
Facility for boat launching will be provided, power and
water will be connected, and a resort with bungalows and an18 hole golf course is
scheduled for construction on completion of the round island
